Will Holsinger has a History of Bullying Women
We confront bullying and aggression head on. Harbor Commissioner William Holsinger has crossed the line too many times. The unacceptable bullying must stop now!
In March 2014, Jean Savaree informed the board of Harbor Commissioners that her firm would not renew its contract with the District. The announcement followed a heated meeting where Commissioner Will Holsinger accused Savaree of "poor legal scholarship" and disagreed with her findings. Read about the "research" Will Holsinger disagreed with and his repeated harassment of the only woman Harbor Commission board member.
Hollsinger blamed Brennan for 95% of the 2014 Grand Jury report because she unseated him in 2012
On July 9, 2014 the San Mateo County Civil Grande Jury released a scathing 20 page report on disfunction at Harbor District. Will Holsinger responded to the report by tossing grenades at the only woman Harbor Commission board member.
Will Holsinger's groundless accusations were published in the Daily Post:
- He blamed "95%" of the Grand Jury report on Commissioner Sabrina Brennan, and said she was the source of the District's dysfunction.
- He accused Commissioner Brennan of being a part of an "Occupy America" group and said they were creating a sense of "disease."
- He said people in her group "brandished a knife" at a meeting causing the need for police presence.
- He accused her of lying and said she talks about closed session meetings in open session.
Will Holsinger: Twice Appointed, Never Elected

2012 Election Results
Brennan unseated Holsinger in the 2012 election. He's been bullying her since he was appointed a second time in a 4/1 vote.
2014 Election Results
This is the second time Will Holsinger has been beat by Tom Mattusch. See 2004 election results above for info.
Thank you for voting Holsinger out of office in the Nov. 4, 2014 election. We hope third time's the charm and he's never appointed again.
